Alternative binary fuel mixes on a basis rapseed oil and diesel fuel

       With application of methods gas-liquid chromatographies it is determined fat-and-asid structure rapseed oils refined (the contents eruck acids Ñ22:1 - 25,26 %). The molecular weight of oil - 932,33 kg / moll is designed, the approached total formula heigh-eruck (> 5 %) rapseed oils Ñ60,5Í108,8Î6 is written down. Relative shares of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen in rapseed oil : C = 0,779; Í = 0,118 and O = 0,103; the lowest heat of combustion Qí = 37,5 MJ/kg; L0 = 12,58 kg / kg and Ì0 = 0,434 kmoll/kg. Similarly for ethyl ethers of fat acids rapseed oils : formula Ñ21,2Í39,6Î2; C = 0,7795; Í = 0,1225 and O = 0,0980; the lowest heat of combustion Qí = 38,06 MJ/KG; L0 = 12,77 kg / kg and Ì0 = 0,44 kmoll/kg. The specific effective charge of fuel ge on each of modes grows in process of transition from DF to ÐÌÐ, that is connected to monotonous reduction of the lowest heat of combustion of used binary fuel and some reduction in efficiency of process of combustion. The analysis of results of tests allows to make the following conclusion.

  2. In process of transition to each of high-speed modes from DF to ÐÌÐ mass cyclic submission of fuel gö grows, though volumetric cyclic submission Qc (except for modes n = 1600 min-1, 100 % DF and n =1600 min-1, 100 % ÐÌÐ) on each of modes remains practically to a constant.
  3. Effective efficiency on each of modes a little (except for mentioned above) changes, factor of surplus of air is practically identical, the temperature of exhaust gases is almost constant.
  4. At work on ÐÌÐ it is marked carbon pollution apertures of sprays of atomizers.
