One of modern Ukrainian engines is diesel engine SMD-31 (6ЧН12/14). It also became object of this research.

       The experimental research of basic physical and chemical parameters МЭРМ has shown their some difference from parameters of traditional diesel fuel (DF) (tab. 2). At research of running cycle ICE the mathematical model basing on works of professor N.F.Razlejtseva was used. It allows to take into account to the greatest degree features of difficult physical and chemical processes смесеобразования and combustions in the cylinder of a diesel engine, and also constructive and adjusting parameters ICE. This model has passed successful approbation at research ICE (including SMD-31).

       Design researches allow to draw conclusions that the intensification of processes is necessary for maintenance of technical and economic parameters at application МERO injection, mixing and combustions.
