Researches of physical and chemical parameters of alternative biofuel on a basis rapseed oils

       On the grounds of of the analysis it has been determined, that perspective alternative fuel for internal combustion engine, for conditions of Ukraine, is fuel which receive by mixing liquid hydrocarbonic fuel and rapseed oil derivatives (RO) - methyl ethers RO (MERO). To parameters which influence processes of evaporation, mixing and combustions, first of all, concern: density of fuel ρ, kinematic ν and dynamic μ viscosity, a superficial tension σ.

       The second stage of our researches concerned the analysis of influence of differences in a level ρ, ν, μ and σ alternative biofuel on characteristics of its injection, dynamics of a fuel torch, Degree of atomization, etc. Given tables 2 allow to lead quality standard of influence of these parameters. They testify that dynamic viscosity МERO is more than viscosity DF in 2 times. Growth of viscosity results in increase дальнобойности a fuel torch. In this connection the share volumetric смесеобразования decreases, the most part of fuel will get on walls of the chamber of combustion. Besides the corner of dispersion of a fuel torch decreases, average diameter of drops increases. Growth of superficial tension МЭРМ in relation to DF on 14 % is the reason of increase in heterogeneity распыливания fuel. In connection with growth of density МERO in relation to DF on 6 % the maximal pressure before an atomizer will increase, the valid moment of the beginning of injection of fuel will move aside increases.
